​Step:  Set up ATIM Intake sites.

​Regional contacts ensure the ATIM locations are correctly identified in Illinois workNet.

Review map for accurate:
Contact information:  Update contact information in IWDS.
Regions and training programs:  Email updates to info@illinoisworknet.com.

Regional contact need to identify ATIM staff and their partner type to allow them access to the tools. 

  • ATIM staff need to have an Illinois workNet workforce partner account.
  • Identify regions they can access.
  • Identify partner type.

To give new staff access to the ATIM Tools, send the information to info@illinoisworknet.com.

Step:  ​Recruit Potential Participants and Orientation.

Postsecondary Training Partner

Partners recruit participants.

Conduct your program orientation to determine whether potential candidates are interested in participating.

​Distribute participant flyer with the application link.

Have applicants watch the ATIM Program Overview video and answer questions before customers complete the online application.

Have applicant complete the Consent to Participate Form.

Applicants select an ATIM Intake location when they complete the application.  They are automatically put into a region customer group when they submit their application.  ATIM team members are provided access to the applicant information based on their region and access level.

  • Workforce Investment Boards engage organization and agencies to disseminate  program information.
  • Economic  development agencies promote program to employer members.
  • Employer partners disseminate information to fellow employers and people in the community.
