​LWIA staff meets with each employer to:

  • Determine the current and projected WBL/job opening in targeted occupations for a specified date range.
  • Identify core competencies and additional competencies for the occupation.
  • Identify requirements for the occupation.

LWIA staff enters the employer worksite information and forecasts into the ATIM tools.

  • Identify who can see the job/work experience opening.
